Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you buy or use Glance, a Mac app made by Shashank Sudhir Patil, trading as Glance, based in Nashik, India ("we", "us"). By buying or using Glance you agree to them.
Who sells Glance
Our order process is run by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Dodo handles payment, invoices, sales tax and payment questions.
Your licence
- When you pay, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Glance on the Macs you personally own or use.
- You may not resell, share, rent or publish your licence key or the app, or try to get around the licence check.
- A team or company needs one licence for each person who uses Glance.
Free trial
You can use the full app free for 7 days before buying. After that, a licence key is needed to keep using it.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Tax is added at checkout where required.
All sales are final
Because you can try every feature free before you buy, purchases are not refundable. See our cancellation policy for duplicate or mistaken charges.
Updates
Your purchase includes every update to version 1 of Glance. A future major version may be sold separately; if it is, version 1 keeps working.
No warranty
Glance is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be free of errors or work with every Mac, app or calling service. Features that depend on macOS, such as speech recognition and hiding from screen sharing, may change when Apple updates macOS.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Glance is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Nashik have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you bought Glance apply to that purchase.
