Delivery policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

Glance is software, so nothing is shipped.

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll get an email with the download link and your licence key.
• Delivery is usually instant, and always within 1 hour.
• If the email hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to support@glanceprompter.com with your order ID and we'll send it again.
• You can download Glance again at any time from the link in your email.
